Today, I watched the film “The Pursuit of Happyness” for the first time. This film is one of my new favorite movies, both with the story itself and with the visuals. I loved almost everything about the film.
“Don’t ever let somebody tell you you can’t do something. Not even me. Alright? If you got a dream, you got to protect it. If people can’t do something themselves, they want to tell you you can’t do it. If you want something, go and get it. Period.”
This quote is so inspirational. In the context of the movie, this quote is powerful. Sometimes, when things don’t go well and you cannot get by, you need to go do something about it. If you want something, go and get it. Period.
So, if you haven’t seen this movie, go to your local Best Buy and get it. Period.
